How Does It Work?
The Process
Submit Application Form.
First, fill out a VIP Day application form. You’ll then set up a free discovery call so we can discuss the project details. After the discovery call, I’ll send you a project contract to sign & an invoice for the first payment to reserve your VIP Day.

Submit Task List.
Once your VIP Day is booked, I’ll send you access to your client portal where we will share content before & during the project. The portal will include a place for you to add your task list & any relevant or required information for me to complete your tasks (ie- credentials, access codes, imagery, content, etc.).

VIP Day Begins.
On the morning of your VIP Day we’ll hop on a 30 minute prep call to go over your list of tasks. I’ll spend the day completing as many tasks as possible & I’ll reach back out for you to review my progress.

Revisions & Project Wrap.
If there are any changes necessary upon your review, I’ll complete them within the 24-hour period. Once the project is complete, I’ll send you an email summarizing the VIP Day tasks & providing any relevant information to conclude the project.

Are there any tasks that can't be completed during a VIP Day?
I will review your task list prior to starting your VIP Day & bring up any concerns prior to your booked day. However, a few things that can’t be completed during a VIP Day would include new website creation (no matter how “basic”), copywriting/graphic design/photo editing (ie- anything outside the scope of web design/development), search engine optimization work that is more in-depth than basic on-site SEO.
What do I need to have prepared before we begin?
You will need to compile a list of tasks for me to complete during the VIP Day. You will also need to provide me with any information or content necessary for my completion of the tasks (ie- login credentials, access codes, images, graphics, etc.).
How far in advance should I plan to book my VIP Day?
As long as you have your list of tasks & any necessary information & content ready, you can book your VIP Day as soon as you would like, based on my availability!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Payments for VIP Day projects are split into 2 payments – 50% is due at time of project booking to reserve your VIP Day & the final 50% is due at project completion. All payments are non-refundable.
What happens if you aren't able to complete all of the tasks on the list I provide during the VIP Day 24-hour turnaround?
On the morning of your VIP Day, we will have a prep call to discuss your task list. During that time we can prioritize tasks & I’ll give my best estimate of what I can get done during our time. I will do my best to complete as many tasks on your list as possible, however, if there are additional tasks that need to be completed, you may choose to book an additional VIP Day (at a reduced rate) to complete these tasks.
