Homepage
The homepage of this website featured a video background hero area, summaries of the most important areas on the site with related calls to action, & a profile section featuring a short bio, as well as affiliations & awards.
Featured Listings
The homepage also included a “Featured Listings” section which is an easily updated listing of current listings, homes under contract, & top sales. This area provides visitors with a sense of the current real estate offerings & is a great way to continue to have updated content on the website for SEO purposes.
Marketing Process
It was especially important for thses clients to show how they are different from their local competition. The “Marketing Process” page was set up to detail the parts of the process that sets them apart from others. This page included features, processes, checklists, & an example listing video to help set them apart.
